PLN is based in Jakarta and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Initially established as an Electricity and Gas Unit of the Ministry of Energy and Public Works in 2961. The name of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) was officially launched in 1994. Currently PLN has 48 business unit offices throughout Indonesia. The Company also manages 11 directly owned subsidiary companies, 8 associate companies, and 2 joint venture companiess. PT PLN (Persero) achieved an increase in its operational performance, according to PT PLN (Persero) Consolidate Financial Statements 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com. PLN was able to expand total revenues by 10.63% from Rp232.66 trillion in 2012 to Rp257.40 trillion in 2013.

• S1/D4: Birth in 1988 and thereafter
• D3: The Birth of 1990 and thereafter
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
1. GPA> 2.75 for Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
2. GPA> 3.00 for Management

Documents Required

1. Cover letter/application letter addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta;
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
3. Copy of birth certificate (if not already there, to be followed at the time of the interview);
4. Legalized copy of Diploma / Certificate of Graduation (SKL);
5. Legalized copy of final transcripts;
6. Copy of ID card;
7. Recent color photograph size 3x4 ( 2 pieces, please write your name on back side of the photo);
8. For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach: 
• Legalized copy of D3 transcripts
• Legalized copy of D3 diploma
