PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or PLN is Indonesia’s national electric power corporation wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government. At first establishement in 1961, PLN operates as the Electricity and Gas Unit under the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. The name of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) was officially launched in 1994. At present, PLN which is based in Jakarta has 48 business units, 11 directly owned subsidiary companies, 8 associate companies, and 2 joint venture companies. As of December 2013, PLN supported by approximately 63,204 dedicated personels. The Company reported electricity sales of 187,541 GWh for the year ending December of 2013.   General Requirements

• Single and willing to not get married during the pre-service training period.
• Age limits
• S1/D4 : birth on 1988 and thereafter.
• D3 : birth of 1990 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
• Electro Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Management GPA ≥ 3.00.

Documents Required

1. Cover letter/application letter, addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta;
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV);
3. Copy of birth certificate (if not already there, to be followed at the time of the interview);
4. Legalized copies of academic/graduation certifiacate (SKL);
5. Legalized copy of academic transcripts;
6. Copy of ID card (KTP);
7. Recent color photograph size 3x4 ( 2 pieces, please write your name on back side of the photo);
8. For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach: 
• Legalized copy of D3 transcripts
• Legalized copy of D3 diploma
